Rossella Vasta
Born in Palermo, Rossella Vasta is a professional artist who has widely exhibited in Europe, USA and Asia. Vasta received her Master Degree in Philosophy at the University of Perugia and in 2012 she received an Honorary Doctorate in Humane Letters at Cardinal Stritch Franciscan University in Milwaukee ( USA). Since 2000, Rossella Vasta has served as the Director of the Pieve International School, lecturing on Italian Art and Culture and Franciscan Studies.
Filippo Vasta
He likes to define himselg as a Management scientist: Since his Master degree in Physics he has always been dealing with complex management projects first as a consultant then as BPI/BPR expert within IS & Organization Departments of large multinationals and then again as a Senior consultant. His innate curiosity combined with the studies of physics and economy have triggered his interest for the continuous search for the best methods for every management problem he was faced with. The inevitable cross-fertilization generated through the many successful accomplishments in various industry sectors and processes always followed by a thorough activity of “post-mortem analysis” and generalization positions him today as a senior Management Scientist with strong expertise on Optimization and Machin Learning problems definition and design.
Davide Vasta
Davide Vasta works as a professional VideoMaker and Photographer. He uses creative visual languages and production methods such as LipDubs, Mannequin Challenges, Time Lapses, Tilt Shift and much more. His photographic eye is costantly searching for new visual perspectives to tell stories with video and photography.
He has official collaborations with major brands like Nikon, Asus, Manfrotto, Canon, MSI, ShooTools, HPRC and Adobe.
He is also the auther of the first italian book on DSLR Video Shooting, edited by Apogeo Editore.
Catia Melani
Catia Melani is an Italian language teacher and licensed tour guide for the region of Umbria fluent in German, English, French and of course, Italian.
Experienced teacher of Italian Language, Catia believes that learning a new language is best achieved through engaging participants into activities and her lessons are always organized to match the students' needs. Her teaching method is conversational and focused on the interaction she creates with her students.
Giuseppe Scassellati
Giuseppe Scassellati is a professional chef who since June 2011 works as executive chef at “Il Viandante sul Cielo” in Passignano, property of George Lucas in Umbria. He worked internationally as a chef and has been Executive Chef of “Bella Italia” promoting the Italian Cuisine in Russia, USA and Japan.
He speaks fluently in english and is a skilled teacher of typical italian homemade cuisine. He also taught at the Università dei Sapori in Umbria.
Maria Lucia Luongo
Maria Lucia Luongo, born in Naples, is a journalist who has collaborated with many Italian national newspapers contributing to the fashion and lifestyle sections.
In 2004, she published her first book of ancient recipes and began her cooking classes and seminars on the History of Italian Cuisine.
Her book "Cucinaria" has been translated into English and can be found in New York Arts and Kitchen bookstores.
